Payment Terms
To make a booking we require a 20% deposit with most card payments accepted. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
7 days prior to your arrival, balance of payment will be automatically deducted from the card you used to pay your deposit. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking if it is booked in a time less than 7 days before your check in date.
Cancellations
A refund is given if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to booking, unless the cabin is re-booked by another guest.
The full tariff is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to booking unless the cabin is rebooked by another guest.
A $20 handling fee is charged for all refunds to cover merchant costs and administration.
No show’s are subject to the full tariff charge.
Standard Conditions
Lilypad is an adults only property, children under 16 and babies are not permitted to stay. The cabins are designed to suit couples looking for peace and quiet.
Pets are not permitted
The cabins are a non-smoking environment
